Feelings Artbook

While working in a primary school in the UK, Ruby Radburn created worksheets which used drawing as a way of exploring emotional issues. This led to the idea for The Feelings Artbook, a photocopiable resource for promoting emotional literacy through fun, drawing-based activities. The book can be used by anyone with an interest in working with children on their emotional intelligence, including teachers and therapists. The activities can be tailored to different ages depending on the level of guidance provided. The book is divided into three sections:

- Self-Esteem
- Emotions
- Empathy
