ACORN - Always Consider Other Responses Now
WILD - Create Your Own Cards

The cards are centred on developing foundational mindfulness skills; on being aware of your relationship with other people and with yourself; and on considering different ways of thinking, responding and reacting. Cards can be drawn at random or selected from one category at a time.
