Connect: to your own feelings and thoughts
Breathe: different ways to use your breath
Move: to build strength, balance and flexibility
Focus: to help you notice what your mind is working on
Relax: for your mind and body to rest and restore

Therapists may choose a single card for a short 1-5 minute practice; or combine 3-7 cards for a longer practice. Each card has instructions on one side and an illustration of the practice on the flipside.
