The breathing cards are identical in format to be used in a group setting. The body scan cards can be used by one or two people and concentrate on specific parts of your body. The desert pea cards have an Australian essence to them and focus on quiet, still awareness, inner deep listening and feeling nature. The activity cards are designed for one person to use alone. They include train, car, plane, eating and walking meditations.
